We are just two love birds who have a passion to share our knowledge of cooking and baking with others. I am a full time Mechanical Engineer(still studying) with a background in math,physics, and chemistry. I have been cooking for over 7 years and have been baking for a little over 5. I have a passion for real food. I spent 2 years in the competition arena of BBQ and built all of my smokers that i have used in competition.
My wife, she is the bread and butta of this operation. Her ideas, inspiration and love is what has gotten us going on this project. She has a ample background in professional baking. She baked many, many loafs of bread in a traditional bakery shop in Brigham City Utah. She is a very beautiful and talented young lady. I am pleased to have her at my side as my wife.
